The Wy'east Artisans Guild is a non-profit organization of artists and craftspeople based in the Mt. Hood corridor communities. Adopting the Native American name of the mountain, Wy'east, we joined together as a focal point for art in the community. Our purpose is to provide an educational environment in which people of common interests in the arts can meet to learn, share and grow.
All general meetings are open to the public, starting with a social time at 6:30 p.m., followed by a free art program from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Guild business is hashed out from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Clackamas County Bank Theater at 38975 Proctor Blvd. in Sandy, Oregon, on the second Monday of the month except July and August. There is a family picnic in June and a Holiday party in December, instead of the meetings.
